As you’ll recall from previous posts, HMAb: The Fundraiser is taking place on February 5th at the Gladstone Hotel in Toronto. Tickets cost $10 and can be purchased in the right-hand column of this blog. One aspect of the event will be a silent print auction. We have asked 40 photographers to donate work. All money raised from the sale of their prints will go directly to Heather. Join the Facebook event page here.
The latest in our profiles of photographers who are donating work to the auction is Raina & Wilson:

Raina and Wilson first crossed-paths in Vancouver in 1997. Raina moved to Montreal to study photography at Dawson College while Wilson stayed in Vancouver to attend Langara College and assist. Five years later they arranged to meet in Toronto to give photography a go. They would frequently assist each other and collaborate on shoots, so it made sense for them to form a partnership.
Raina and Wilson shoot a wide-variety of subjects for editorial, design and advertising clients. Their work has been recognized by American Photography, Communication Arts and Applied Arts. Checkout rwphotographic.com and follow them on Twitter. They are represented by Arlene Reps.
Raina and Wilson have been working on a series of “Industry Portraits”. They have been photographing people in the advertising and design world for the past two years. It’s a great way for them to meet new people and work on fun, creative shoots.
